Do we have to arrange boat transfer?

There is no need for you to arrange boat transfer going to the resort. Our boat operates from 06:00AM until 11:00PM and when you arrive at the port, the speedboat will pick you up and bring you to the resort. Roundtrip Boat transfer (arrival and departure) is included any additional trips will be charged accordingly.

How long is the boat transfer?

It takes only five (5) minutes from the Mainland to the Island. Please take note it might take eight (8) to ten (10) minutes if the tide is low.

Boat transfer schedule?

Our boat transfer schedule is anytime from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Anything outside of the boat schedule must be advised ahead of time.

Do we have to pay for the roundtrip boat transfer?

No, once you have a reservation with us and it’s confirmed. You have complimentary roundtrip boat transfer. One for the arrival and one for your departure. But during the duration of your stay there’s a charge of 400 pesos per way.

We will be sending you a reservation form, fill the information needed and once done we will be processing your reservation and wait for the booking confirmation within the day or latest the next day.

Can we avail senior citizen/PWD discount?

Senior citizen/PWD discount can no longer be applied to the room rates since it is already discounted at 60% and it is much higher that the Senior Citizen/PWD discount but you can use the discount when dining in the restaurant.

Do you have day use/ do you accept day use?

Yes, we do accept day use. However, we have different rates for weekdays and weekends. For weekdays the adult rate is 1,200 pesos with consumable worth of 600 pesos then during weekends the rate is 2,200 pesos with consumable worth of 1,300 pesos. Please note that the child rate is 600 pesos with consumable worth of 250 pesos this rate is applied for both.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, walk-in guests are very welcome. However, we highly recommend booking a reservation in advance
for your smooth transaction upon your arrival.

What is your mode of payment?

At the resort: We do accept credit cards, e-wallet (G-Cash) and bank transfers.

Online: Credit Card Payment via Paypal, Paypal and bank transfers.

Do you allow the guest to pay the reservation upon arrival?

We only require full payment to guarantee the reservation.
